Hiwi The Kiwi

Hiwi the Kiwi came to Leabank Primary School. When we walked in he was singing a song. Hiwi the Kiwi sang beautifully and he was very funny and cool. Hiwi the Kiwi taught us about what to do when you catch a big fish and a small fish. When you catch a big fish you have to put it back in the water because it might be pregnant and you have to put back the little fish because it might be a baby and we can have it in the future. Hiwi the Kiwi said to bring a bucket of ice to keep the fish cool and if it's a salt water fish it can go off if it is on normal ice so you put a little bit of salt on it. You can keep safe by wearing a life-jacket. P.E

Today we did P.E. P.E is all fitness and jump jam. Today we did an activity, it was all piggy in the middle but it was not. You had to stand in a circle and then there would be a person in the middle and they would try to get the ball. It was so fun. loved it so much.

At the ICT

At the ICT we are learning  how to make different thing on scratch. It is so fun because we can make different patterns and designs. You can create your design in your own way. On scratch you have a character, it is a cat and you have to control it.

Olympics

At the Olympics you have to be very good at your sport. NZ has 3 golds 6 silvers 1 bronze. We are going to win more. It feels like I'm in the Olympics because I am  in the cross country race. Lisa Carrington is very good at rowing. The rings are joint together because the different countries are coming together to represent their country.

A happy day

When you are laughing so hard. A person says a nice things. When you say its going to be a good day. When I learn at school I am happy. I am happy when I play with my brother and when I sing.

How to pack lunch

1. Make my sandwich .

2. Get my lunchbox .

3. Put in apples , Le Snack , sandwich and chips.

4. Zip it up.
